New Earrings and I need help!

Loving these new earrings I was working on last night! 

Looking for some feedback! 

These are surprisingly light weight but all ready long ... What type of finding should I use for the Ear Wire? HELP PLEASE

Just a simple Post, or Simple Ear Wire, maybe a lever back?! All thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
